Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To independently deliver an efficient and effective internal systems administration and support service to all relevant stakeholders with a focus on quality and timeliness.

1.       Understand, communicate and manage the Phoenix Lifecylce process on the request portal;

2.       Understand, communicate and initiate the Phoenix request on the Phoenix system;

3.       Manage the progression of the initiated opportunity on Phoenix communicating with various teams i.e. MDM, RIL, CRM, in order to    achieve a closed as Won/Abandoned/Lost opportunity;

4.       Manage older opportunities on behalf of the Partners and or managers;

5.       Understand, communicate and initiate the Vault process per initiated Phoenix Opportunity;

6.       Provide continuous support to Partners and managers through the Phoenix process and thereafter.

7.       Assist the Project services team with bill to party requests and provide clear concise communication and support in order for billing to be initiated.

Minimum Qualifications

National Diploma in relevant function (3 years)

3-5 years' experience within the function
