Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

Manages and helps develop the analytics and benchmarking offering within the Workforce Transformation (WT) Team as well as leverage Deloitte Future of Work Assets to enhance Deloitte’s WT offering in the market.

This includes the following elements

  • Develops and manages reward and performance analytics within the benchmarking team and across the wider Workforce Transformation team
  • Manages the production process of all remuneration-related benchmarking offerings, including regularly published surveys (e.g. Executive, Pharmaceutical, Agri, National Remuneration Guide) and any customised and snap surveys, as well as the actual production of some of the surveys.
  • Manages the requirements, testing and implementation of developments to the survey systems in order to ensure a market leading offering to clients as well as efficient and effective operational processes.
  • Manages the marketing and new product development of salary survey products as well as conduct sales calls and activities for target clients and industries.
  • Leverage Deloitte Global Future of Work assets such as FOTO and Reward Optimisation to develop go to market local offerings and solutions in SA

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6 years’ working experience

Preferred

  • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
  • 4 years in a client facing role
