Main Purpose of the Job:

Supports service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Build high performing teams to deliver in client engagements. Translate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals.  Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Post graduate degree in either Law or Accounting.

Minimum Experience:

At least 8 years POST ARTICLES work experience of which –

·       At least 5 years consulting experience which includes sourcing clients and work

·       At least 3 year experience in regulatory project implementation

Desired Experience

·       At least 5 year experience in applying expert level proficiency in regulatory interpretation and application in a client facing role

·       Experience with regulation and/or regulators in the FSI

·       Deep knowledge of Market Conduct Regulation

·       Deep knowledge of Insurance regulation

·       Management of large projects and/or teams

·       Management of project billing/costs/finances on projects

·       Experience in multi project management

·       Client lead, project and work sourcing

·       Engagement with regulators

·       Engagement with C-Suite in respect of regulatory trends, insights, future and the growth areas of the Regulatory Solutions Offering
