Successful candidates will be responsible for applying relevant approaches and related tools and methodologies in the design, conduct, and management of Human Capital consulting engagements while providing leadership and/or support to project team members.

Specialised Competencies

• Strategy, Consumer and Marketing

Strategic and Business Design, Mergers and Acquisitions, Customer and Applied Design, Advertising, Marketing and Commerce, Digital Customer

• Core Business Operations

Operations Transformation, Industry Solutions (Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Technology, Consumer and Industrial Products and Oil & Gas are a plus), Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Analytics and Cognitive

• Human Capital

HR Transformation, Organization Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Human Capital As-A-Service

• Enterprise Technology and Performance

Finance and Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations, Technology Strategy and Transformation, ERP: SAP, Emerging ERP Solutions

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B. Tech., etc.) or  any discipline with minimum of second class upper division
• Possesses relevant professional certification(s)
• MBA will be an added advantage
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in any of the Consulting specialised areas
• Project management experience (either leading or supporting, agile experience is an added advantage)
• Relevant Professional Certifications required (as applicable to specific roles)
• Experience in Big 4 or Professional Services firm is a plus

• Must have in-depth experience in leading teams for pursuits or engagement delivery in any of the big four consulting companies
• Be of proven integrity, giving attention to confidentiality requirements
• Possess excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills
• Very strong leadership and coaching skills

• Ability to think outside the box and quickly learn new ideas independently
