Job Description
Deloitte Human Capital invites you to join our talent community of independent professionals and contractors who apply their experience to project-based work with us. The professionals in this community have the flexibility to continue to build their own careers by selecting opportunities at Deloitte that match their interests and availability. Project durations vary from 3 - 18 months, and are largely delivery based opportunities.

Qualifications
To be considered for future opportunities with Deloitte - Organisation Transformation, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Bachelors degree with Honours from a reputable organisation
- Delivery on or management of organisation transformation projects of varying complexities, including development of detailed deliverables
- Fluency with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, a project management qualification is desirable
- Knowledge in a major industry sector, e.g. Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, ICT, Consumer Business and Energy & Utilities would be an advantage
- Engaging with all levels in an organisation including CXO level stakeholders to affect productive relationships
- Ability to grasp Deloitte methodology quickly and carry out quality delivery
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Flexibility to travel up to 80%
