Job Description

To support Engagement team in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Related Honours degree (Human Sciences, Business, Engineering, Commerce and alike)
  • 3 years consulting experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Change, Strategic Change Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation; Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement

  • Business Masters
