As an Assistant Manager in the Data Analytics practice, you will be responsible for supporting the design, planning and management of the data migration process. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to identify, document and communicate the data migration requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing the teams work and providing feedback. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are eager to get involved across our Data Analytics team.

Experience

· At least 5 years of data management, data migration and/or data analytics experience

· Previous consulting experience will be advantageous

· Prior experience preparing data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details

· Demonstrated experience working across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration

· Solid experience performing migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another

Technical Competencies

 · Demonstrated prior experience in Data Analytics running or contributing to data migration projects

· Practical experience with data tools such as SAS, Access/Excel, ACL, Idea, Qlik, SAP Hana Modelling, SAP Analytics.

· Practical experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, ABAP, Java, C# or .Net.

· Demonstrated ability with assisting businesses in deriving value from existing data
