Main Purpose of Job:
To provide Knowledge Management support to Deloitte Africa by supporting the success of the knowledge management function. This includes setting clear objectives for the knowledge management function; implementing the function successfully by managing the full life cycle of knowledge; clearly demonstrating incremental value add of the function and; working with Service Lines in the team to build an incremental awareness and appreciation of knowledge management and content management.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Knowledge Management or Information Management or Multimedia
Experience in MS Teams or similar technology
MS SharePoint
Multimedia
Preferred
Postgraduate Degree relevant to the role is advantageous
An ICT related qualification is advantageous

Partner with business to encourage the sustainable use of KM Collaboration tools
Support the adoption and use of collaboration tools e.g. MS Teams, KM App, DoL etc
Manage the full life cycle of Knowledge Management tools
Support Global iro KM innovation and new tools and technologies to drive change iro KM
Managing KX Africa
Ensure sites on KX Africa are updated and refreshed
Provide support to the C&I Chief of Staff iro C&I DoL and DR sites
Ensure that links to Online Research Tools are refressed
Support Search Optimisation initiatives
KM Strategy
Support the implementation of the Deloitte Africa Content Management System
Training and awareness iro the usage of the Deloitte Africa Content Management System
Effect the implementation of Global KM Tools
