Job Description

To support Engagement team in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Key Performance Areas

As a Workday Functional Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Lead projects and data conversions
  • Gathering business requirements
  • Build consensus around business processes and design
  • Communication of Workday capabilities
  • Manage on and off shore resources
  • Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
  • Configuration of Workday application
  • Serve as mentor to junior staff

Qualifications

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM certified
  • 3-4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • Experience leading at least 2 large, full life cycle Workday implementations
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with excel, Visio and Power point
  • Up to 80% travel
  • Completed Bachelors degree
