Job Description

To support the Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

  • Strategic Impact - Supports the Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables

  • Client Impact: External / Internal - Manages day-to-day deliverables of team on   client engagements / projects

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • Candidates must hold a relevant undergraduate degree
  • 4 - 6 years working experience
  • Experience and knowledge of working in a the rewards and remuneration space
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
  • The ability or willingness to contribute to business development, through support bids for new business
  • Job Evaluation experience - Strong understanding and knowledge of both proprietary Deloitte and other major JE systems
  • Demonstrated experience in prescribed methods and tools in JE and Deloitte JE products and methods as well as advanced understanding and working knowledge of Deloitte proprietary JE tools, TASK, Peromnes and Executive Evaluation.
