Job Description

Your role as an Senior Manager in the Learning Solutions practice will focus on the management and delivery of client projects, as well as sales and practice development. In this role, you will develop high- performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service. You will help our clients unlock the power of their workforce through learning solutions (Learning Advisory, Learning  Technology Enablement).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with Honours from a reputable organisation
  • Minimum 5 years Consulting experience within Learning Solutions 
  • Experience in business development in the consulting arena
  • Delivery on projects of varying complexities, including development of deliverables
  • Fluency with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, a project management qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge in a major industry sector, e.g. Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, ICT, Consumer Business and Energy & Utilities would be an advantage
  • Engaging with all levels in an organisation including CXO level stakeholders to affect productive relationships
