Main Purpose of Job

To support the Senior Manager(s) in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Key Performance Areas:

 

Minimum requirements

  • Experience within one or more of the following areas: Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Change, Strategic Change Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation; Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business, organisational theory and practice, strategic and tactical organisational design, change management and business process design
  • Experience of delivering work streams or projects, and supporting change in a consulting or in–house environment
  • Experience and knowledge of working in a specific industry
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
  • Experience of managing client relationships and small teams
  • The ability or willingness to contribute to business development, through support bids for new business and
  • Ability to travel 80–100%.
  • Strategic Impact - Supports the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables

  • Client Impact: External / Internal - Manages day-to-day deliverables of team on   client engagements / projects

  • Operational Effectiveness - Leads  delivery of team based on the SLA and identifies and addresses any areas of concern in outputs

  • Development/Growth of Team - Shares expertise and knowledge with team members and counselees on an ongoing basis

  • Budgets / Profitability - Manages engagement budget through accurate budgeting,  cost control and profitability management

Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold a relevant Honours or Master’s degree and possess a minimum of 5 years’ consulting experience - this is essential to the role.
