About the Department

Developing, managing, rewarding and measuring employee performance to achieve business objectives (e.g., deciding what kind of talent needs must be met, identifying skills gaps, or creating a workforce training and / or development plan). This broad category includes activities, processes, and infrastructure related to developing, rewarding, and measuring the performance and development of employees.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for providing human resource and administrative support to the management and staff.

Job Description

What you will do/Specialized Competencies:

  •  Coordinate recruitment activities; contact candidates, interviews, aptitude tests etc;
  • Manage the online applicant tracking system; 
  • Manage on-boarding and induction for new joiners;
  • Assist staff to acquire Work & Residence permits, Visa & Pass;
  • Prepare various HR reports – staff statistics, recruitment costs, leave reports etc;
  • Timely and accurate records management;
  • Provide support on HR projects as assigned;
  • Administer staff benefits (Medical/Pension/Group Life) among others;
  • Coordinate exit procedures and prepare exit interview reports;
  • Leave management using the system;
  • Prepare HR correspondences; visa, bank, recommendation, resignation acknowledgements etc;
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

Qualifications and work experience:

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant field  from recognized university;

  • An average of upper second GPA or equivalent and above;

  • Division One in A’ Level or equivalent;

  • Division One in O’ Level or equivalent with minimum of ‘B’ scores in both Mathematics and English;

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Report Writing and Analytical Skills;

  • Organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
