What you will do?

To ensure efficient and professional management of the reception area. Answering & re-routing of telephone calls.

Under supervision, completes standard basic tasks that impact delivery of the broader team in relation to overall strategy of the service area

1) Reception: Parking

•Establish the identity and purpose of the person driving the vehicle at the boom before entry is permitted to the building.

Visitors

•Receiving & announcing visitors in a professional, competent, and friendly manner

•Re-directing visitors

Housekeeping

•Keep the Reception area neat and tidy at all times

Security

•Screen and ensure visitors are collected from reception

2) Switchboard:Telephone

•Answering and re-routing calls

•Taking and relaying messages

•Assist staff in your building with internal numbers

3) Parcels & mail:Parcels & Mail

•Receiving and recording mail / parcels /faxes

•Sorting & distributing internal mail via mailroom

•External courier collections

4) Appearance & professional conduct

•Wear the uniform provided in a neat and tidy manner

•Well groomed & professional at all times

•Clear verbal communication

•Punctuality

5) Teamwork

•Ability to work well in a team and assist when other receptionists are on leave

•Data capturing, input of migration application data into the Deloitte System (tax Migration Division)
