Job Description

To support service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s in KZN. To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Market maker and business development function
  • Establish and grow client base
  • Facilitation of labs and events
  • Trail blaze proposal responses and solutions
  • Project Management
  • Present as a subject matter expert
  • Strategic Impact - Supports the implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise
  • Budgets / Profitability - Resources engagement teams with suitable talent, balancing correct levels and numbers and recruiting as necessary; manages margins effectively through accurate budgeting, pricing and profitability management on engagements
  • Planning, control & production - Liaise, plan, manage, execute, control and report on any of the division production activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience within a tier one professional services firm
  • Client facing experience
  • Appropriate B. Degree is a minimum requirement with MBA as advantageous
  • Human Capital experience
  • Strategic projects experience
  • Business development experience

  • Expertise in field with excellent industry and business knowledge
