Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

Your role as an Organisation Design Senior Manager in Human Capital will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. In this role, you will develop high- performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service. You will help our clients unlock the power of leadership through bold human capital solutions that prepare their companies to innovate and respond to change.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Bachelors degree with Honours from a reputable organisation
  • Minimum 5 years Consulting experience
  • Experience in business development in the consulting arena
  • Delivery on organisation design projects of varying complexities, including development of detailed design deliverables
  • Ability to interpret business strategy and perform organisation analytics into actionable insights
  • Delivering on the full cycle of organisation design from principles to conceptual design, business value and impact assessment to detailed final design and implementation planning
  • Development of job profiles with an appreciation of job architecture, competency and grading design
  • Structuring and support of workforce transition and implementation of the approved organisation design   
  • Fluency with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, a project management qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge in a major industry sector, e.g. Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, ICT, Consumer Business and Energy & Utilities would be an advantage
  • Engaging with all levels in an organisation including CXO level stakeholders to affect productive relationships
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
