Job Description

To support service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Market maker and business development function
  • Establish and grow client base
  • Overall responsibility and accountability for problem-solving client’s HR Technology environments from current to future state.
  • Facilitation of labs and digital events
  • Trail blaze proposal responses and solutions
  • Project Management
  • Present as a subject matter expert
  • Strategic Impact - Supports the implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise
  • Budgets / Profitability - Resources engagement teams with suitable talent, balancing correct levels and numbers and recruiting as necessary; manages margins effectively through accurate budgeting, pricing and profitability management on engagements
  • Planning, control & production - Liaise, plan, manage, execute, control and report on any of the division production activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Completed university degree. A post-graduate degree is an asset;
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing consulting experience
  • Functional expert in Workday  
  • Passion and a proven track record in leading HR Technology transformations/implementations, achieving sustainable high impacts
  • Natural and inspiring leader, an excellent communicator, a charismatic relationship builder, and a strong team player
  • Dedicated project manager - defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status 
  • Commercial attitude - you are able to identify opportunities and convert them into projects
  • Demonstrated experience with and interest in transformation activities, such as the development of communication materials, creating and delivering training, stakeholder assessments, workshop facilitation, etc.
  • Ability to travel
