·        Minimum 3-5 years project management experience essential;

·        Scoring well in people leadership characteristics – from directing to coaching to affiliate;

·        Relevant experience operating in large corporates and familiar with their typical workings;

·        Ideal Industry exposure – financial services/insurance/investment sectors;

·        Delivery experience – specific to digital transformation or the data & analytics space;

·        Hands-on Agile methodology experience essential (Scrum or otherwise);

*Relevant qualification and certification in Project Management (PMP, Safe, Scrum, Prince variations)
