To support Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life and builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications & experience required

  • BSC Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical)

Qualifications in any of the following would be a distinct advantage:

  • Business Sciences
  • Business Administration (MBA or equivalent)
  • Finance
  • Economics (quantitative)
  • Statistics
  • Engineering

Whilst not a strict requirement, a MBA is a definite advantage

 Preferred

  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience in a consulting environment

  • Significant experience in supply chain related work.

  • Proven ability to deliver on client engagements and support work streams. 

  • 3 years in a client facing role

 

Technical Capabilities

Technical        

  • Technical expert in specific area and/or industry

  • Demonstrated project management skill

  • Consulting skills

  • Experience in drafting and presenting to clients

  • Good report writing skills

  • Sound financial knowledge and understanding

  • Business acumen
