Deloitte Tanzania currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Individual to join our Clients & Industries (C&I) department as a Senior Consultant-Business Development in our Dar es Salaam office.

Main Purpose of Job .
The Senior Consultant will offer support in implementing strategies in the areas of business development as related to OCEO (Office of the CEO) clients and strategic client support; working with industry support programs and ensuring the business is best placed in pursuing opportunities. You will assist with other Client & Industries functions and flagship projects.
Offer support in implementing strategies in the following areas :
- Business development as related to OCEO and strategic client support;
- Working with industry support programs and ensuring the business is best placed in pursuing opportunities;
- Assisting with other client and Industries functions and flagship projects;
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Relations or Business related Degree;
- 3 years relevant working experience in marketing or business development environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong research skills;
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others;
- Strong client delivery focus;
- Adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease;
- Focus on quality and risk;
- Problem solving ability;
- Good business acumen.
- Demonstrated capability in interaction at all levels, briefing, analysis and project management skills
- Experience in drafting and delivering presentations
- Good report writing skills
- Sound financial knowledge and understanding
