Main Purpose of Job:

Under minimum supervision, to support line manager in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise 

Qualifications & Experience

Required

Degree

5 years’ working experience within the relevant function

Preferred

Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)

2 years at Consultant level within the function

Implementation of Strategy & Marketing Plans

  • Implementation and monitoring the industry/ service line marketing plan.

  • Ensures that all deliverables are delivered on time and proactively advises line manager of any issues regarding delivery to address with client timeously

  • Translates marketing objectives into clear and comprehensive briefs that ensure accurate understanding and direction as per client and line manager’s requirements

  • Regularly interacts with industry/service line leadership and line manager and other collaborating teams to seek feedback.

  • Assist in producing and implementing marketing collateral, including but not limited to relevant online and digital content

  • Proactively ensures that relevant website and digital / online content is maintained and up-to-date.

  • Ensuring that the following competencies are being displayed:

    - Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders is proactive and regular

  • Responsible for producing a close out report for each initiative
