Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job: 

To support FSA leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Acts as a role model and inspires others to embrace and live our purpose and values. Minimum Qualifications

Honours Degree

Desired Qualifications

University Graduate, preferably in Advanced Maths of Finance or BSc (in Statistics /Mathematics)

Minimum Experience

7 years’ working experience

Desired Experience

5 years in a client facing role; 3 of these in a management role

Specialized Competencies

·         Practical knowledge and experience with pricing of vanilla and exotic derivative instruments in a risk neutral framework is required

·         Understanding and practical computational experience of of CVA, DVA, FVA and other xVAs where relevant is required

·         Pricing of equity options falling within the ambient of BEE and share scheme transactions (IFRS 2)
