Job Description

Main purpose of Job

To support the Engagement Manager(s) in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement(s)/ project(s). We are looking for top performers to join the revitalized Human Capital business, and work on exciting projects for clients across the country.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Strategic Impact - Under close supervision and guidance, assists team to deliver services within defined strategic objectives
  • Client Impact: External - Works collaboratively with own team and that of the client service line/area to deliver quality service on engagements
  • Budgets / Profitability -  Submits any billing, expense claims and timesheets on time
  • Operational Effectiveness - Understands context of own delivery against timelines
  • Development/Growth of Team - Cultivates ability to give effective development feedback both upwards and to peers.
  • Knowledge Development and Sharing - Contribute towards knowledge development within the organisation through new trends and best practices.
  • Report Writing and Integration - Prepare quality report templates, and write and verify integrated results reports.
  • Budgets and Forecast - Effective use of time, equipment and resources

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources Management/Communications/Business management Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management;
  • Experience/knowledge in a range of human capital functions including but not limited to
    • Researching, analysing, and presenting data
    • Reporting and creating templates, dashboards and scorecards
    • Job evaluation, job profiling and benchmarking
  • Knowledge of employment laws and IR practices;
  • Target and results orientated;
  • Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
