Main Purpose of Job
Works with the Audit & Assurance Africa Talent Partner in defining and executing on the Africa Talent Strategy. Responsible for a consistent implementation across the AMF and driving as an outcome, a consistent talent experience for all Audit & Assurance practitioners. Link into Global and GAATC for further key priorities that need to be embedded in the AMF.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Honours Degree
10+ years’ experience within relevant function
Basic knowledge of HR value chain with extensive project management and analytics experience required
Preferred
Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
3 - 5 years at manager level

Strategic Impact
Contributes to input on strategy for AMF based on area of expertise
Leads implementation of strategy plans agreed by Africa Talent Partner
Budgets / Profitability
Provides annual budget input for area of responsibility for approval and integration into Service Area budget
Differentiators for this specific role
Customisation of delivery of local and global projects – arising from GAATC, Audit Exco, Africa Exco, Transformation, and other ad hoc requirements (eg. African Member Firm specific)
Global specific reporting – driven by Global outputs. Should be managed proactively and be relationship based. Consolidation of all projects/reporting/implementation across AMF for a view at A&A Exco
Deep data analytics needs across AMF with an ability to recommend outcomes required and suitable implementation plans.
Take business imperative and translate into a strategy and manage the supporting change
Support the Talent partner in execution of the Audit & Assurance Talent strategy and ensure alignment across the continent
Ensure action items coming out of Audit & Assurance are actioned
Work in close collaboration with the T&T team across the value chain to ensure comprehensive and seamless implementation, tracking and reporting
