Main Purpose of Job
To work within an engagement team responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations. With an understanding of clients objectives, aligning own work to these objectives and sets personal priorities. To promote our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
• 4 years of consulting experience with software, database or integration development technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, AJAX,PL/ SQL, REST or SOAP-based web services, C#, Java, Ruby, XML).
• 3 years full life cycle Salesforce implementations.
• 2 years Apex and Visualforce coding experience.
• 2 years of leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.
• Experience with two of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com

Preferred
• Experience with Wave Analytics, Lightening, Blue Kai, Eloqua, Exact Target or Marketo.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
• Expertise in an industry vertical (i.e. Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Media, etc.)
• Experience with Informatica Cloud and/or other integration tools.
• Prior experience in Project or program management
