Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To support service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Responsible for profitable revenue growth, operational management of the Reward Consulting and Benchmarking teams, facilitating the delivery on complex reward engagements. The role also includes specific knowledge and ability to sell and deliver our full range of Reward services including; remuneration and benefits consulting, incentive scheme design, review and implementation, analysis and review of remuneration and reward processes and levels as well as proprietary Deloitte Job Evaluation (JE) systems, salary survey design and execution. In addition to this, the successful incumbent will be responsible for relationship building, business development defined and sales to a portfolio of clients, talent management and wellbeing of their team as well as working capital management. The role includes leadership, management, and the promotion of our leadership capabilities, which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

    • Strategic Impact - Supports the implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Experience required

    Required

    • Degree
    • 7 years’ relevant working experience

    Preferred

    • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
    • 5 years in a client facing role; 3 of these in a management role
