A support resource to team in delivery of standardised aspects of services to internal clients

 

Qualifications and Experience Required

National Diploma

One years' experience within the function if qualification is National Diploma

Newly graduated if qualification is Degree

Basic understanding of risk and independence aspects affecting the audit environment.

General Knowledge of Company Structures

Some knowledge of the regulatory bodies (IFAC/SEC/PCAOB etc.)

Computer literacy- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Degree

A commercial/business, compliance or risk qualification

2 years’ experience within the function

Conflict Checks

  • Performing of conflict checks ensuring they are accurate, complete and completed in a timeous manner.

International Conflict Checks (DCCS)

  • Accurate and timely performance of international conflict checks as required.

     

Business Relationships

  • Performing general Business Relationship Management System (BRMS) administration.

  • Ensuring that business relationships have been researched in detail to ensure the correct conclusion is reached.

 

Ad-Hoc responsibilities

Corporate Entity Tree and Deloitte Entity Search & Compliance System (DESC)

  • Providing assistance where required on the corporate entity tree and DESC

 

Internal Audit Reviews

  • Assist the manager in conducting internal audits within the department as and when required.
