About the Division

Deloitte’s Smart Real Estate practice helps public and private sector organizations address some of their most complex and challenging corporate real estate (CRE), facilities management (FM), and workplace-related issues. We help companies improve the performance of their real estate and facilities management organizations, drive maximum efficiency relative to real estate and workplace assets, devise and execute IT strategies for real estate and facilities, and build the business case for real estate decisions. We also support the transformation of a company’s facilities from traditional assets to smart buildings, enabled by a full complement of digital workplace technologies.

Job Description

Our team leverages a time-tested set of accelerators, tools, and techniques, designed to help companies in their efforts to jump-start the performance of the CRE, FM, or workplace organizations. We work on a cross-functional basis, integrating real estate, finance, human capital, and digital technology capabilities to effectively restructure our client’s organizations, operations, and assets.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required 

  • Bachelors Degree in Technology or related
  • 4 years working experience
  • 3 years in a client facing role

  • Supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of engagement / project, in specific area of competency
  • Raises issues with manager as identified in area of focus that may affect the quality of delivery or timelines of the engagement 
  • Identifies opportunities for follow-on work and works with management to win the business
  • Assists in development of client presentations / discussion documentation
  • Actively builds business relationships that generate leads
  • Gathers information to understand broader offerings of Deloitte and seeks opportunities for cross-selling

  • Ability to help clients execute their Smart Real Estate business  strategy to enable their overall agenda and objectives
  • Supports the execution of the Smart Real Estate business  strategy to align with the client’s business strategy and helps build organizational capability to enable competitive advantage via the Smart Real Estate business
  • Conducts robust data analysis to create forecast scenarios and identify potential impact throughout the Smart Real Estate business  lifecycle to improve the client’s operational/financial performance
  • Analyzes the client’s business against sector benchmarks and KPIs; tells a narrative on current and desired performance using data visualization

Builds Broad Smart Real Estate business  Services Knowledge

  • Ability to bring a diverse, informed perspective to drive initiatives that enable the client’s strategic agenda
  • Is agile and able to execute projects and contribute to business development efforts across the service offering by understanding Deloitte’s delivery solutions and latest methodologies
  • Understands the full breadth of the Smart Real Estate business  process including sourcing, planning, development, delivery, and repair/maintenance planning
  • Leverages knowledge of tools, techniques, processes and digital solutions to analyze supply markets and innovation opportunities
