Our Human Capital Consulting services leverages research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute talent, leadership, organisation and change programs that enable business performance through people performance.

Job Description

What you will do/Specialized Competencies:

  • Continuously seek ways to develop innovative practical solutions to clients’ issues/concerns and also provide best practices;
  • Plan engagements and design and implement tailor-made solutions for clients;
  • Carry out all consulting assignments in accordance with the Firm’s standards, procedures and methodologies, while conforming to agreed time and money budgets;
  • Ensure that all consulting assignments are well planned and draft client reports for the engagement manager;
  • Maintain good client relationships by ensuring that client expectations are met expeditiously, queries are responded to and delivering value added service;
  • Keep abreast with technical developments in the profession and the country, in order to anticipate client needs, and offer value added and practical business solutions; and
  • Leverage knowledge and contribute to industry insights within the department.

Qualifications

Qualifications and work experience:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 4 - 6 years’ experience in consulting ;
  • Experience with a professional services firm is an added advantage;
