Job Description

What you will do? 

Under minimum supervision, project manage the full proposals life cycle, coupled with managing an efficient and effective client administrative function for Partners and Stakeholders.

 

Key Performance Areas:

Proposals:

  • Project management of full proposal process
  • Gaining and sharing proposals best practice from across the firm
  • Quality and compliance checks
  • Works on proposals from all service lines
  • Compilation of proposal documentation – formatting of content, sourcing of content etc.
  • Completion of all public sector compliance documentation and co-ordination of public sector proposals.
  • Co-ordination of proposal team, meetings, timelines etc.
  • Briefs and liaises with the designers
  • Formatting and DTP for documents that don’t go into studio

 

Client Administration

  • Support partners and other colleagues in driving opportunities on assigned Western Cape top tier clients through operating effective client administration processes.
  • For each account, create and administer client account plans and processes to support the Lead Partner
  • Management Information and reporting
  • Keep track of account activity, drive operating rhythm of the account and manage communication with the client service team
  • Ensure the firm has properly researched, collated and disseminated information/data about client and their business to ensure opportunities are identified and followed up across all Lines of Service.
  • Identify potential client implications of industry trends or business issues
  • Be knowledgeable about our history with the client, including key engagements, investments and milestones

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Degree essential
  • Min 7 years’ working experience within the relevant function of which at least 5 years’ within a professional services firm

Preferred

  • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management)
