About the Division

Flexible Resources Management resides within the Managed Services Consulting practice that provides external clients with permanent and contractor recruitment / resourcing solutions. As part of our FY20 strategic growth objectives, we plan on providing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and Global Placements as new offerings to market.

Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • On-going communication to relevant clients and internal stakeholders relating to current resourcing market conditions and trends
  • Primarily responsible for establishing new client contacts / business relationships and having the ability to bring in qualified job specifications
  • Finalisation of contracts and commercials with clients
  • Providing on going feedback to the Account Management team regarding the status and provision of open jobs
  • Previous professional services consulting experience will be an advantage
  • Leverage the Deloitte network in creating new client relationships
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with your client database
  • Proposal writing and opportunity development experience
  • Adherence to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process and the reporting thereof
  • Taking responsibility and accountability for integrity of system data
  • Strong adherence to Deloitte’s risk and independence policies

Qualifications

Education:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary Education (3 year National Diploma / Degree

Experience required:

  • A successful track record in account management and client development experience within the recruitment / similar industry
  • Understanding of RPO models and structures as well as international /cross border placements
  • Scheduling meetings and face to face client interactions from middle to senior managerial levels within large small to medium and large corporate environments
  • Existing and well established network of clients within the various sectors such as IT, Financial Services, Telecommunications etc.
  • Understanding of recruitment related tools, technology and processes.
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance principles
  • Competencies required:
  • Deadline driven and action orientated
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work in a non-structured / non micro managed environment and still deliver successfully
  • Ability to follow strict administration and internal governance processes
  • Must be willing to share and transfer knowledge to others within the team
  • Contribute to a positive climate that encourages transparency among team members
  • Actively contribute to the overall annual revenue target
