Job Description

Key Performance Areas: 

  • Project Manager responsibilities on multiple projects 
  • Presenting as subject matter expert at Mastering SAP, Future of HR, and HR Directors Conference
  • Organising and facilitating Digital HR events for Deloitte
  • Validate and Build business cases for clients
  • Leading Deloitte response to all HR Technology proposals
  • Tasked to implement and apply Deloitte’s Global best practices at clients and within the team
  • Overall responsibility and accountability is to analyse, and problem-solve client’s HR Technology environments from current to future state

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience within a tier one professional services firm
  • Client facing experience
  • Appropriate B. Degree is a minimum requirement with MBA as advantageous
  • Human Capital experience
  • Strategic projects experience
  • Marketing experience

  • Expertise in field with excellent industry and business knowledge
