Main Purpose of Job
To support team in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise and to administer, monitor, report and support on Deloitte internal and external applications.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
National Diploma in relevant function and studying towards an IT degree.
N+ Certification
MCSA (preferably Windows 2012 and higher)
1 years’ working experience with Windows server 2012.
1 years’ working experience with IIS 7/8 server administration.
1 years’ working experience with SQL 2012/2014.
2 years’ working experience supporting Deloitte Audit applications.
Preferred
3 year B Degree / 3 year Diploma in Information Technology OR Computer Science.
Net, ASP, IIS, SharePoint 2010/2013 administration, Web Skills (HTML, XML, ASP, etc.) or related certification an advantage
SQL Server 2012 certification or higher an advantage
MSCE (preferably Windows 2012 and higher)
3 years’ administration experience on Windows server 2012 and IIS 8.
3 years’ working experience supporting Deloitte Audit applications.
3 years’ working experience with SQL 2008/2012.
2 years’ working experience in development and web technology

Managing Change Control, Incident and problem & Application patch management
Provide technical support to users of the applicable systems.
Ensures Application testing is done while managing risk in area of responsibility.
Documentation for all processes and tasks are done.
Preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of confidential information
Ensures that the environment is stable with an availability of 98%.

Web technologies (HTML, XML, ASP.NET)
