Main Purpose of Job
The purpose of the job is to Execute client engagements ranging from Market Studies, Strategy Design and Execution, Design of Business & Operating Models, Business Process Reviews & Transformation, Supply Chain Strategy and Planning, among others.
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (minimum MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent (Advanced to Proficient competency level) communication skills; written communication as well as making presentations.
Ability to carry out research.
Demonstration of ability to think critically, analyse problem sets and making insights driven recommendations.
Understanding of / ability to analyse financial statements, synthesising implication of the results and making recommendations.
Foundational to Advanced competency in financial modelling.
3 years’ work experience (experience in consulting preferred).
What you’ll do / Specialized Competencies
You will be responsible for driving own work / section of work under the supervision of the Project Manager while ensuring that client and the Firm’s expectations are met by delivering high quality services and maintaining high utilisation levels.

Ability to present ideas or cases using clear and concise messaging, and supporting the same using appropriate data and tools.
Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.
Experience in drafting and presenting client proposals
Good project management skills
Excellent report writing skills
Focus on quality and risk
Well-developed computer user skills with proven capability in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
