1. Responsible for defining, tracking, and maintaining data resources in the production IT environment. 

2. Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment. Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements. 

3. Maintains storage area network (SAN) environment and/or network attached storage (NAS) environments

4. Investigates storage issues and provides resolution on complex issues 

5. Documents storage infrastructure inventory

6. Demonstrates knowledge of Fiber Channel, FCIP, or iSCSI concepts and technologies

7. Writes technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

8. Develops standard operating processes for storage support

9. Exp. in technical support and administration of EMC and/or Netapp products, EMC products including: DMX and Vmax, Clariion, Symmetrix etc

10. NetApp products including: FAS 200 series - FAS 6000 series

11. Brocade products including: DCX-4C

Preferably BE/Masters/Graduate/Diploma
