Job Description

YOUR MISSION

You'll play a key role in managing courier operations in one of the Italian macro-regions. Working at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and courier experience, you will build the processes and insights that keep our platform optimal for couriers, users, and partners.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Process Optimization: Partner with the Operations Manager to implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance the Glover experience.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create insightful reports that track operational health and provide visibility into performance.

  • Operational Excellence: Plan and execute initiatives that improve KPIs and optimize operations to deliver a better experience for Glovers and stakeholders.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively suggest creative solutions that drive fundamental improvements in operational processes.

  • Point of Contact for Glovers: Be a supportive contact point for Glovers, helping them navigate issues related to app functionality, payments, and compliance.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).

  • A proactive attitude with a hands-on approach — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.

  • Passionate about problem-solving and data — digging into root causes is your thing.

  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills, and confident working with data sets to extract insights and build reports.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a strong plus.

  • You’re empathetic, inclusive, and hands-on: you understand both systems and people.

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
