About the opportunity:

Join our Malaysia People Team as a People Partner Intern — where you’ll get hands-on exposure to the heart of what makes Foodpanda an amazing place to work! 🐼

From day one, you’ll dive into real-life HR initiatives that bring our culture to life — from planning fun engagement events and wellness activities to curating meaningful employee experiences. You’ll not only learn how people programs are built but also get the chance to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to  lead your own mini-project that leaves a lasting impact before your internship ends!

You’ll gain first-hand exposure in areas like employee engagement, internal communications, culture building, and employer branding — all while working alongside a passionate, supportive team that believes in growth, collaboration, and a little bit of fun along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs that promote positive experience, satisfaction, and team spirit across the organization.

  • Assist in internal communication initiatives — help craft engaging and informative messages, newsletters, and visuals that showcase our company culture.

  • Work closely with the People Team and key stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life that strengthen workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and feedback to enhance employee wellbeing and overall experience — creativity is highly encouraged!

  • Help track and compile data to measure the success and impact of our engagement programs and other People initiatives as assigned by management.

  • Support initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity, ensuring every Panda feels valued and included.

What you need to be successful:

  • Availability for at least 4 months (longer is even better!).

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • A people-first mindset — you love connecting, creating, and making a difference.

  • Strong organization, communication, and a spark of creativity!

  • A team player who isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
