We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Specialties Intern to support the growth of our Q-Commerce ES Specialties vertical. You will own a portfolio of local Specialties partners (such as bakeries, wine shops, butcheries and organic stores among others), helping them grow by improving their operational performance, catalog quality and customer experience. 

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Manage your own portfolio of Specialties partners and become their point of contact.

• Monitor partners' key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve growth and operational excellence.

• Optimize partners' catalogs, assortment and in-app content to maximize customer experience and conversion.

• Work closely with partners to improve operational KPIs such as availability, preparation times and overall quality.

• Analyze business data and translate insights into recommendations and action plans.

• Keep internal tools and reporting up to date while tracking the progress of your portfolio.

• Learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment where you'll have real ownership from day one.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field (or currently in your final year).

• Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ownership mentality and willingness to solve problems autonomously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
