Based in Sofia, you'll partner with Bulgaria's Head of Finance to keep the country's financial plan sharp and current; running the monthly re-forecasting cycle, owning the cash flow view, and keeping every department aligned on the numbers. Your rigor keeps the P&L honest and the plan actionable.

The Journey

• Best Estimate: Run the re-forecasting process; gather inputs, update models, flag deviations against budget.
• Profitability sessions: Support the recurrent sessions aligning every department on the plan and targets; spot problems early, propose data-backed plans, and drive follow-ups to closure.
• Strategic projects: Co-lead workstreams spanning finance, Ops, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, country, or regional teams.
• Insight & analysis: Curate reliable data, build business cases, and challenge P&Ls.
• Tooling: Maintain and enhance dashboards in BigQuery/Looker. Using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) daily is required; not just to speed up analysis, but to build clearer frameworks and move faster. Real work with AI, not just occasional use.

• Strategic and hands-on: You take ownership; not just analysis, but making things move forward and land. You challenge assumptions, drive actions, and measure yourself by real-world impact.
• Problem solving: Break issues into components, define hypotheses, run analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Curiosity & learning agility: Ask sharp questions, absorb feedback quickly, and grow fast.
• Prioritization & ownership: Own workstreams end-to-end, from analysis to follow-through, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.
• Communication: Clear, structured storytelling, decision-ready one-pagers and crisp live readouts.
• Collaboration: You elevate teammates, share context, and document logic and assumptions for repeatability.
• Experience: 1–2 years in FP&A, strategy, controlling, consulting, or a fast-paced analytical role. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related.
• Tools: BigQuery/Looker and daily AI tool use required; SAP, Navision, or Business Central — nice-to-have.
• Language: English required.
