• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate smoothly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to schedule all steps of the recruitment process (e.g. interviews) and keep the recruitment pipeline moving effortlessly.

• Champion the Internship Program: Own and manage the end-to-end internship experience, ensuring our interns feel supported from day one through to graduation.

• Process Optimizer: Continuously audit and review our recruitment workflows. We value fresh eyes. If you see a way to make a process faster or better, you'll have the green light to suggest and implement improvements.

• TAP Team Support: Provide stellar ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) team on various occasions.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role.

• A background or degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
