YOUR MISSION
The way we manage our company is built on the belief that, by giving a WOW service to our partners, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market. How are we doing this? By paying attention to small details. Glovo is a hyper-local marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 30 mins. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing the food business with top partners in Morocco.
THE JOURNEY
- Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working.
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM.
- Tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
- Lead partnership renegotiations to establish a strong working collaboration grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present to partners and use as a source of operational improvements.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Consultant and/or Past Entrepreneurial experience
- You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking
- The skills to manage the big picture and the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and you demonstrate to be an organization freak!
- You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit
- Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance company with a fast pace.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Strong Commercial, Communication, Interpersonal, and Project management skills
- English is mandatory, along with French & Arabic.
