Job Description

Join us and become a key member of Glovo's Rider Acquisition team! You will sit at the intersection of Performance Marketing, Local Activation, and Marketing Innovation. We are looking for an intern who is hungry to go beyond running ads — someone who wants to understand the full marketing mix, get their hands dirty across channels, and bring a fresh, curious eye to everything we do.

Your mission is to help us attract and engage the best riders through impactful campaigns, seamless local marketing support, and smart ways of working powered by AI.

The Journey

  • Performance Marketing Ownership: Take an active role in managing paid campaigns aimed at rider acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. You will help set up campaigns, upload creatives, monitor performance, and flag optimizations — owning the day-to-day of our rider paid channels.

  • Local Marketing Support: Collaborate with local teams across markets to help execute ground-level marketing activities. From supporting local activations to adapting global materials for regional needs, you will be a key bridge between central strategy and market execution.

  • Content Writing: Contribute to the creation of compelling copy for ads, landing pages, CRM communications, and other marketing touchpoints — adapting tone and messaging to resonate with rider audiences across different markets.

  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Collaborate with the CRM team to help build and optimize automated communication flows targeting riders. You will help design, test, and improve messaging sequences that drive engagement and retention throughout the rider lifecycle.

  • AI-Powered Innovation: Be a champion of smarter ways of working. You will explore and implement AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive marketing tasks, improve reporting efficiency, and bring new ideas to the table that help the team work faster and think bigger.

  • Campaign Reporting & Dashboards: Support the tracking and visualization of campaign performance across channels, helping build clear dashboards that give the team visibility on what's working and what's not.

Qualifications

  • Background: Bachelor's or ongoing degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A passion for digital marketing is non-negotiable.

  • Performance Marketing Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in paid media — how campaigns are built, how audiences are targeted, and how results are measured. Prior exposure to any ads platform is a plus, but a strong desire to learn matters more.

  • Versatile Marketing Mindset: You are eager to get a broad foundation in marketing — from performance to CRM to content — and understand how all the pieces connect to drive growth.

  • Writing Skills: You can craft clear, engaging copy and adapt your voice to different audiences and formats. You take pride in getting the message right.

  • AI & Automation Enthusiasm: You are excited about the potential of AI tools to transform how marketing teams work. You proactively look for smarter ways to do things and aren't afraid to experiment.

  • Data Comfort: You are comfortable working with data to draw conclusions. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; familiarity with analytics tools is a bonus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Additional languages are a plus given our multi-market scope.

  • Mindset: Proactive, organized, collaborative, and obsessed with quality. You take ownership and follow through.
