Job Description
YOUR MISSION
As a Glovo Sales Intern based in Porto, you will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential partners, helping build a strong pipeline aligned with our local growth strategy. You’ll assist in preparing proposals, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new stores so they can start performing quickly on the platform. Working closely with Sales and Account Managers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle while contributing directly to Glovo’s growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
THE JOURNEY
Support the Sales team in building strong relationships with key partners across the North region of Portugal (Porto, Braga, Coimbra).
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
Help prepare partner proposals, presentations, and materials that contribute to Glovo signing great new partnerships.
Take part in the lead qualification process and help keep the sales pipeline organized and updated on a daily basis.
Collaborate in the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-quality process.
Work closely with Account Managers to help identify operational or performance blockers and support in solving them.
Gain hands-on experience in how Glovo grows its portfolio of partners and learn how strategic commercial decisions are made.

Strong analytical capacity: comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
An interest in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
A hands-on attitude: you like to move fast, try things out, and make things happen.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
English at B1–B2 level.
