Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven, tactical Manager, People Partner (All Genders) to join the Pandora People Partner Team. In this role, you will act as the core operational bridge between our central Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business units, translating overarching people strategies into seamless local processes and driving employee engagement on the ground.

  • Operational Partnership: Partner closely with functional business teams and central COEs to implement and execute people programs, support processes, and localized tools that maximize workforce effectiveness.

  • Change Facilitation: Serve as the hands-on change champion for your designated business unit, executing communication plans, supporting structural changes, and driving active team adoption of central people initiatives.

  • Manager Enablement & Coaching: Guide and coach line managers through core employee lifecycle workflows, including regular 1:1s, tracking growth and performance evaluations, managing underperformance, and structural baseline updates.

  • Data Translation & Insights: Review workforce dashboards regularly to monitor local metrics (such as retention trends, eNPS pulse results, and workload factors) and flag actionable insights to business leaders and COE partners.

  • People Agenda Execution: Help unit leads implement targeted action plans to drive healthy levels of attraction, team collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and overall workplace engagement.

Qualifications

  • HR Expertise: Profound knowledge of core HR practices, principles, and full employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, performance metrics, total rewards frameworks, and offboarding governance).

  • Analytical & Tactical Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of translating business goals into clear, structured HR deliverables.

  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with localized stakeholder management experience (Manager to Director level).

  • Resilience in Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain reliability within fast-paced, matrixed environments.

  • Experience: 5+ years of total professional HR generalist or consulting experience, with at least 2-3 years directly operating within a dedicated People Partner/HRBP capacity.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have:

  • Fluency or practical background utilizing Workday for performance, organization updates, and talent tracking.

  • Experience working inside a global or highly matrixed organization.
