About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven professional to join our Strategy, Analytics & Performance team at talabat Egypt. This role sits at the intersection of business performance, financial planning, and strategic execution, acting as a key bridge between data-driven insights and business decision-making. You will own critical performance processes (P&L forecasting, reporting) and lead high-impact initiatives that drive growth and profitability across the business.

What Did We Order?

- Performance Reporting & Storytelling

• Lead the preparation of monthly performance presentations for regional leadership

• Translate complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights

• Tailor messaging and level of detail depending on the audience (local vs regional leadership)

- Strategic Projects (PMO)

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives impacting growth and profitability

• Ensure strong project governance, tracking, and execution discipline

• Work closely with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and marketing teams

- Financial Planning & Analysis

• Translate business drivers into bottom-up forecasts across key revenue and cost lines

• Continuously track P&L actuals vs forecast and highlight risks & opportunities

• Own the evaluation of funding and investment requests

• Build and assess ROI models to support decision-making

- Business Analysis & Ad-hoc Requests

• Deliver high-quality business analyses using Excel / Google Sheets

• Leverage existing dashboards and tools to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
