About the Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager / Senior Manager to join the Pandora Talent Acquisition Team on our journey to deliver amazing hiring experiences.
In this role, you will act as a strategic operations partner to the TA function across Pandora (foodpanda, foodora & yemeksepeti). By championing operational excellence, recruiting effectiveness, and scalable processes, you will help our TA teams operate efficiently, boost recruiter productivity, and deliver an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, TA Leadership, and regional recruiters to drive operational consistency and scalable hiring processes across the organization.
  • Process Optimization & Transformation: Lead key TA transformation initiatives—including workflow optimization, AI implementation, and change management. Ensure strong adoption of standardized processes, systems, and best practices across all markets and business functions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and support leadership decision-making. Drive operational analytics, reporting, metrics, and dashboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (People Analytics, HRIS, Talent Development, and People Partners) to support workforce planning, TA enablement, knowledge management, and executive reporting.
  • Project Management: Act as the primary driver for operational reporting, process optimization, and change initiatives that elevate recruiter productivity and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Consulting, or related functions.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Operational & TA Expertise: Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, workflows, and TA best practices, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and driving operational excellence.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and insights into scalable solutions. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
  • Project & Change Management: Highly skilled in managing complex projects and driving change. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and evolving organizational structures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in high-growth, matrixed, or regional/global organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Experience with BI or visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • A track record of driving automation, AI implementation, or overarching operational transformation initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to broader workforce planning or recruiting strategy environments.
