Job Description
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
We are looking for a Coordinator, Content who is responsible for creating, updating, and quality checking of vendor's menus and photos to accurately reflect their current offerings. This role ensures that the quality of menu content on our foodpanda platform meets the company's high standards, contributing to an excellent vendor experience and delivering superior service.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Create and update menus in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
Ensure cases are submitted within the defined AHT
Ensure vendor documents accurately match information in Salesforce
Review and process contract QC cases with correct approvals or rejections, following SOPs and country-specific checkpoints
Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of menus created by the typing team
Ensure images are edited correctly by the photo editing team in accordance with established photo standards
Consistently communicate clear and professional feedback on observations related to menus created by the typing team and images edited by the photo editing team, and share these with team supervisors
Document SOP-related problems and issues in line with established procedures and share them with the Team Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
Candidates must have at least a High School certificate / diploma.
Open for fresh graduates
Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing in English
Must be fluent in the language of the market the role is supporting
Basic knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft tools
Ability to learn and navigate operation's systems or tools quickly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Resilient team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work on rotational shifts including night shift (Public Holidays & Weekends)
Typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm with 95% accuracy
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Well-versed in international cuisine, especially in the Asia Pacific region, with a sound knowledge of common food preparation and terminologies
