WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?
As a Senior Partnership Specialist at Talabat, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic marketing team, focused on driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that amplify our brand's presence and business growth.
You will play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives and enhancing our market position. Your main tasks will cover:
Proactively identify and research new partnership opportunities across various industries (banking, FMCG, technology, entertainment, real estate, and more) by staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and continually improve the partnership practice, including managing existing accounts, growing the partner portfolio, driving expansion opportunities, and creating go-to-market plans.
Act as a brand ambassador during all partner engagements, consistently embodying and championing the talabat brand values and identity.
Manage the partnerships pipeline, generate new leads, approach new accounts to fulfill business KPIs, and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tech, regional team) to align partnership activities with talabat's overall brand and team strategy, and develop tactics to increase income and awareness through proposed marketing and collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both talabat and partners.
Oversee the end-to-end execution and delivery of partnerships ensuring agreed-upon processes are followed and developing internal best practices.
Analyze partnership performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
Regular meetings & touchpoints with partners to ensure business sustainability & continuity.
Management alignment for ongoing business, new initiatives & partnerships.
Qualifications
WHAT DID WE ORDER?
Previous Experience: min 4 years of experience in Marketing, business development, account management or a similar role.
Special education background: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Excellent command of English language skills.
