Job Description
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
Act as the primary People Partner for GMs and Local Management teams across Morocco and Tunisia.
Influence leaders to drive performance, key talent retention, and workforce planning that aligns with budget and growth goals.
Exercise high autonomy to resolve complex HR issues and provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
HR Operations & 360 Management
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring structured processes and reporting excellence.
Manage and mentor two direct reports: Office Managers in Tunisia and Morocco.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws in Morocco (MA) and Tunisia (TN).
Tech & Data Excellence
Leverage HR Tech (HRIS, ATS) and people analytics to track metrics and provide insights that drive business efficiency.
Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement global initiatives locally while ensuring regional relevance.
Culture & Talent
Drive "talent density" within your scope—identifying, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.
Foster a thriving, high-performance culture that reflects Glovo’s values.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 4 years in a full HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
Languages: Native-level proficiency in Arabic and French; professional fluency in English.
Tech Savvy: Strong exposure to HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR reporting/analytics.
Mobility: Ability to travel to Tunisia at least once per month.
Nice to Have:
Management: Prior experience in people management (direct reports).
Background: Experience in a multinational environment (strong preference for those accustomed to structured processes and high-growth tech).
Legal: Deep understanding of Moroccan and Tunisian labor laws.
