Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

You will partner with hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region, and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve & innovate how we attract best talent to our organization. 

Your Mission

  • You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from active sourcing and market mapping to leading search updates, conducting interviews, and navigating offer negotiations.

  • You’ll act as a strategic partner and SME, providing expert guidance on market trends, role alignment, and data-driven recruitment strategies to secure top-tier global talent.

  • You’ll proactively analyze hiring metrics and industry trends to provide market insights.

  • You’ll upskill hiring leaders to improve their talent acquisition capabilities.

  • You’ll champion a personalized, high-touch candidate journey by maintaining consistent communication and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.

  • You’ll evaluate prospective talent against business requirements and our Leadership Principles.

  • You’ll contribute to and support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

 Your Heroic Skills

  • You have 3+ years of recruitment history specifically focused on the Swedish and broader European markets

  • You have a proven track record to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across diverse departments, functions, and seniority levels within an in-house environment

  • You are proficient in active sourcing and leveraging multi-channel strategies to attract top-tier talent

  • You have a deep understanding of complex business models, with a passion for discussing market intricacies and organizational goals with candidates and stakeholders

  • You are skillful at using data and research to guide hiring decisions and influence talent discussions

  • You are deeply committed to a positive candidate experience, prioritizing high-quality service and transparent communication

  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both.
